"Ordering from The Basket Company was easy..."
Ordering from The Basket Company was easy, which was a nice change. I found what I needed, popped it in the basket, and thankfully the checkout didn’t make me jump through a load of pointless hoops.
Payment went through quickly, and I appreciated not being asked for endless extra bits of information. It’s a simple site to use, as it should be really, and I’d probably order again

"Fit perfectly, such a relief!"
I ordered a couple of baskets i was a little nervous about whether the measurements would be right. I’ve had stuff show up before and not fit at all, so I was kind of bracing myself. But then they arrived and they fit exactly where I needed them to go. Instant relief. The sizing on the site was actually accurate, no weird surprises or guessing involved. I’m really happy with how it turned out...

"Great little baskets for keeping things in order"
I picked up a few of these for our utility room, and they’ve made the space feel so much more manageable. They fit nicely where I needed them, and for me they’re especially handy for separating laundry and keeping all the everyday bits from piling up. Simple, but really useful.

"Order was pretty much spot on"
I ordered a few baskets and liners, and everything arrived exactly how I chose it on the site. The sizes, colours, and quantities were all right, and nothing was missing. It’s nice when you don’t have to chase anything up. Really happy with the order and I’d definitely use them again

"Decent info, but I had to fill in the blanks"
The product pages have the basic info, but i got a little impatient trying to figure out the details. I wanted clearer sizing and a better idea of what actually comes included. The photos helped some, but I still felt like I was guessing on a few things before ordering, which is annoying. It’s not terrible, but it could definitely be more complete

"Finally got the hallway mess under control"
I was so tired of the hallway being a mess all the time. Shoes everywhere, hats everywhere, random little things just everywhere. I grabbed a couple of these baskets for the shelves and they hold way more than I expected. Like, way more. Now all the stuff that used to annoy me every time I walked by is actually put away. I kept complaining about the clutter, and now I’m kind of annoyed I didn’t get these sooner.

"Really easy to keep track of"
I don’t know, it just felt really reassuring the whole way through. The tracking was simple to follow and I could see when my order had been sent and around when it was going to arrive. No confusion or waiting around wondering what was happening. The updates were clear enough, and it turned up when I expected. It’s a small thing, but it makes such a difference. I’d use them again

I’d been trying to find a few storage baskets and everywhere else seemed to have the wrong sizes or half the colours out of stock, so when I checked The Basket Company and they actually had the sizes I needed in the colour I wanted, I was relieved.
Ordering was straightforward, no faffing around or confusing steps, just picked what I wanted and checked out without any hassle.
The baskets arrived fine, looked like the pictures, and did the job, so I’d happily order from them again if I need more.

"Pretty quick delivery"
Delivery was actually fast, which was nice. I wasn’t really expecting it to show up that soon, but then it did, and yeah, no complaints there. I had kind of forgotten to check the tracking for a bit, so it was a nice little surprise.

The site was easy enough to use, honestly. I found the basket sizes and different styles without having to click all over the place, and the photos loaded fine for me. "Sturdy and nicely finished"
I’m really happy with this basket. It feels solid in your hands and doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all. The edges are clean, the finish looks neat, and the whole thing feels like it was made with care. It’s sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it bending or wearing out quickly. Overall, the quality is better than I expected.

I needed a storage basket in a specific size, and the filters made it really easy to narrow things down. You can sort by material and colour without having to click through loads of pages, which saves a lot of messing about. Search worked well too. I found the one I wanted, ordered it, and that was it, no hassle at all.

I ordered a couple of baskets sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, I can’t quite remember. Either way, when they arrived the colors were exactly like they looked in the photos. No weird mismatch or surprise shade, which I really appreciated. I’m really happy with them

"Lid stays on without any fuss"
I got this storage basket mainly because I wanted something with a lid that wouldn’t be a hassle, and so far it’s been great. The lid closes securely and doesn’t wobble around or slide off, which I appreciate because I’m always a bit careful about things tipping or spilling when I’m moving them. It’s also easy to lift and carry. Simple thing, but it makes it much more useful around the house.
